Making the decision to come to therapy is not always easy, and I am honored to be considered a partner in your healing journey. In our work together, we will identify patterns that contribute to distress in order to find new and less restrictive ways of living. Through nonjudgmental awareness, you can expect to build insight and foster new relationships within yourself and with those around you. Several therapeutic frameworks inform my approach including Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic awareness, postmodern feminism, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

My clinical experiences have spanned multiple modalities, including brief and long-term individual therapy, structured and process group therapies, evidence-based treatment programs for depression, anxiety, and perfectionism, parent skills training, outreach, and crisis intervention and response. Since joining Shulman Psychology Group I have also run both Teen and Emerging Adult DBT Groups, as well as a Women’s Interpersonal Process Group.

My practice is telehealth only and I offer services to those residing in Ohio, Virginia, Indiana, and California.
